"feeling like (a Saturday)"

νιώθω ένα Σάββατο

I am no land for your flowers
it's cold in these parts for your spring
I am some infinite fields of sanguine tones
sharp and smooth as great grey stones,
and look how they burn in the sun.

I am no land for flowers
there's wild winds in these parts for kite wings
but, sweetheart choose any of my trees that you like
I will offer sweet shade to your dreams
watching over from my famous sand castles
as long as you sleep.

tended lullabies as lovely as cherries
embodying the howls of the seabedded things;
I by the sea now stand agape,
where tidal horses often come and ask of me
they collapse into the sand: one, two, three...
into crimson pigments they glide, and are running free.

By no means, am I no land of flowers,
but, my grounds won't serve their burials either.

"spring at play"

τα χέρια της άνοιξης

and now it's no one's fault but yours
at the foot of the house of cards
you thought you'd never get obsessed
you thought the wolves would be impressed
and you're a sinking stone
but you know what it's like to hold the jeweller's hands
that procession of pioneers all drowned

[...]

if you've a lesson to teach me, I'm listening
ready to learn
there's no one here to police me
I'm sinking in until you return
if you've a lesson to teach me, don't deviate
and don't be afraid

παρεμβολές

when you last left me my blood was in a jar
and you kept it on your mantlepiece
I couldn't count on anyone to stand there beside me
and keep the dogs from dragging me off with them

"timbre"

η έξω ηλικία

no one seems to be around
today they must've all gone off without me again

I think I'll head home

maybe I'll find them
gathered 'round my doorstep,
oh, to sleep in a comfortable bed

I think I'll head home,
oh, ooh, ooh
